Children of any age are welcome. There are no extra beds available at the property. You can request baby cots. All cots are subject to availability.
The minimum age for check-in is 18. Children aged 11+ must be booked as adults.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay in proportion to the damage done.
Upper floors are accessible by stairs only. Please notify us in advance if you require assistance with your luggage.
Smoking is not allowed. If you do smoke, you could be charged 500€ for special cleaning.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
All public transport is free of charge in Luxembourg.
We understand that pets are part of the family and we love them too. However, to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all our guests, pets are not permitted in our apartments.
Our apartments are located in a historic building in the center of the Grand Duchy. Please note that there is no elevator access to the apartments, which are situated on the second and third floors. If needed, and with prior notice, we will be happy to assist with luggage upon arrival.
All public transportation in Luxembourg is free of charge, including buses, trams, and trains, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas during your stay.
